Now Hiring: Lead Preschool Teacher at Kido River Place (located at 10625 Bonaventure Dr. Austin TX 78730)


We’re looking for passionate and dedicated bilingual teachers (Spanish/English) to join our team and make a lasting impact in the lives of young children. At Kïdo, our core values—Listen, Learn, Lead—guide everything we do. As a teacher, you’ll help provide a high-quality early learning experience that lays the foundation for each child’s lifelong success.

What You’ll Do:

Listen:

  • Engage with children to understand their needs, interests, and developmental progress
  • Communicate clearly with families to share daily updates and growth milestones
  • Collaborate with teammates to support every child’s individual development

Learn:

  • Stay up to date with best practices in early childhood education
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Observe and document children's learning to tailor educational experiences

Lead:

  • Create and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans
  • Build a nurturing, inclusive classroom culture
  • Model positive behavior, communication, and a love for learning

Required Qualifications

  • At least 18yrs of age with a High School Diploma
  • 1+ year of experience in a licensed early childhood classroom
  • Strong knowledge of child development and best teaching practices
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education OR CDA
  • 2+ years as a lead teacher in a licensed early childhood classroom
