The Office Manager plays a critical role in the success of our school, serving as a key driver of enrollment, family engagement, and community presence. This role requires prior knowledge of early childhood education, along with experience in sales, marketing, or enrollment-focused roles. A positive, welcoming energy and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with families is an essential expectation of this position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and support enrollment, sales, and marketing efforts, including planning, coordinating, and executing tours, open houses, and marketing events from start to finish
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective families, ensuring timely, warm, and professional follow-up throughout the enrollment journey
- Confidently communicate the school’s philosophy, programs, and daily operations to families, demonstrating a strong understanding of early childhood education and child development
- Build and maintain positive, lasting relationships with children, families, and staff through in-person interactions, phone calls, messaging, and digital communication
- Support family engagement by sharing updates, photos, and highlights of children’s experiences and growth
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while responding promptly to parent and staff needs
- Collect, organize, and maintain all required enrollment paperwork, ensuring files remain compliant with state licensing and regulatory agencies
- Actively support ongoing marketing initiatives by promoting the school within the local community and helping generate positive word-of-mouth
- Develop a strong understanding of all school operations to accurately represent Kïdo to current and prospective families
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 18 years of age
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, enrollment, or family-facing roles
- Prior knowledge of or experience in early childhood education
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- CDA (Child Development Associate) credential
- Experience working in a licensed preschool or early childhood setting
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both Spanish and English
