**This position is a great opportunity for current Lead Teachers with interest in administrative support roles within the preschool setting OR for individuals with current preschool administrative experience**


We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team and support with child enrollment, lead follow up, paperwork, parent events, etc and support the smooth operation of our campus. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and some level of sales and marketing experience. This individual will play a critical role in creating an inviting and professional environment for families, supporting our staff, and driving enrollment growth.


This position will pay $18-$19/hr depending on background and experience and the hours will be M-F 8:45am-5:45pm

MUST have experience working in a licensed preschool setting and ideal candidates will have administrative experience


Key Responsibilities:

Office Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records, including enrollment data, attendance, and licensing documentation.

Collect new child paperwork and ensure files are complete and in compliance with state licensing.

Oversee the office cleanliness and functionality in collaboration with the school team.

Enrollment & Marketing:

Develop and execute strategies to increase enrollment, leveraging your sales and marketing expertise.

Act as the first point of contact for prospective families, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them through the admissions process.

Coordinate campus tours and create compelling presentations that showcase our unique learning environment.

Partner with leadership to implement local marketing initiatives, including social media engagement and community outreach.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with teachers, families, and leadership to foster a supportive and connected school community.

Assist with planning and executing events for families, staff appreciation, and celebrations.


Qualifications:

Prior experience as an office assistant or administrator, preferably in an early childhood education or preschool setting (required)

Background in sales and marketing with proven success in enrollment or customer acquisition (ideal)

Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills (required)

Proficiency in technology tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office, CRM software, and childcare management systems (required)

Knowledge of Texas childcare licensing requirements (ideal)

High School Diploma (Required)

Legally eligible the work in the US (required)

Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
