We’re currently hiring Lead Preschool and Pre-K Teachers at Kïdo Heights!

What You’ll Do:

Listen:

  • Engage with children to understand their needs, interests, and developmental progress
  • Communicate clearly with families to share daily updates and growth milestones
  • Collaborate with teammates to support every child’s individual development

Learn:

  • Stay up to date with best practices in early childhood education
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Observe and document children's learning to tailor educational experiences

Lead:

  • Create and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans
  • Build a nurturing, inclusive classroom culture
  • Model positive behavior, communication, and a love for learning

Required Qualifications

  • At least 18 yrs of age with a High School Diploma
  • 1+ year of experience in a licensed early childhood classroom (preferably as a lead teacher)
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Strong knowledge of child development and best teaching practices
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education OR CDA
  • 2+ years of experience as a lead teacher
