Open Positions: Lead and Assistant Teachers for various age groups – Kïdo Heights

At Kïdo Heights, we’re excited to be growing our team! We’re looking for passionate Early Childhood Teachers who are ready to inspire young learners and create meaningful classroom experiences. Guided by our core values—Listen, Learn, Lead—you’ll help children build the skills and confidence they need for lifelong success, while advancing your own career in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design engaging, age-appropriate lessons that spark curiosity and independence
• Build strong relationships with children and families through clear communication
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued
• Collaborate with colleagues and continue your own professional development

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma + 1+ year in a licensed early childhood classroom
• Experience as a lead teacher (preferred: CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education)
• Fluent in Spanish & English
• Strong knowledge of child development and best practices in early learning
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
