Bilingual Teacher Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will embrace our core values of Listen, Learn, and Lead, ensuring each child in our care receives the highest quality early childhood education and development opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen:
    • Engage with children attentively to understand their needs, interests, and developmental progress.
    • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates and insights into their child's experiences and growth.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to share observations and strategies for supporting each child's development.
  • Learn:
    • Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in early childhood education and development.
    • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
    • Observe and document each child’s developmental milestones and learning experiences, using this information to tailor educational activities.
  • Lead:
    • Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster infants' physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
    • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
    • Serve as a role model for infants, demonstrating positive behavior and effective communication skills.
    • Inspire and guide children to reach their full potential, helping to shape their future success.

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidates will have an associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field OR CDA
  • At least 1 year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility.
  • Strong understanding of infant growth and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • CPR and First Aid certification 
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent Spanish and English
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
