Your Mission: Lead Our Infant/Toddler Program
As the Infant Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of care for children aged 0–2. You will be the expert, the coach, and the link between our families and our educators.
What You'll Do:
- Program Leadership: Lead the infant/toddler program across all classrooms, ensuring the highest standards in care, safety, and early learning.
- Mentor & Coach: Mentor and support teachers with training, daily guidance, and cutting-edge research in infant development.
- Family Partnership: Partner with families to build trust, maintain open communication, and ensure parents feel confident in their child’s care.
- Quality & Safety: Monitor and improve daily operations through classroom observations and quality audits to maintain a nurturing and safe environment.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual Fluency is REQUIRED: You must be fluent in both Spanish and English (able to read, write, and speak).
- Education/Certification:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Nursing or Early Childhood Education (ECE), OR
- An Infant/Toddler CDA.
- Experience:
- 2+ years in a licensed childcare facility with infants/toddlers, OR
- 1+ year in a healthcare setting.
- Additional Requirements:
- At least 18 years old, able to lift 50 lbs, and able to pass a fingerprint-based background check.
