We’re looking for a Center Support Specialist who will play a vital role in keeping our preschool running smoothly by supporting in the kitchen, classrooms, and common spaces. What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key part of our daily operations, making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so teachers can teach, children can thrive, and families feel welcome.

In the Kitchen:

  • Serve healthy meals and snacks on time to classrooms each day.
  • Maintain food hygiene standards, allergen safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Support with food inventory and kitchen supply orders.
  • Ensure dishwashing and sterilization are completed each shift.

In the School Environment:

  • Keep common areas tidy, welcoming, and ready to receive families.
  • Handle daily laundry, empty trash bins, and manage clutter.
  • Help with seasonal decorations and creating a warm atmosphere throughout the school.

With the Team:

  • Step into classrooms to support teachers when needed.
  • Create a calm, engaging environment during meal times, helping children learn about healthy eating and manners.
  • Build relationships with children, families, and colleagues by listening and offering support.

Qualifications

  • A positive, proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in a childcare, school, hospitality, or kitchen setting is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with young children and collaborating with a diverse team.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
