With schools across the world—including London, Houston and Austin and beyond—we bring together the best international practices to create innovative, nurturing learning environments. Our Texas locations operate as Spanish immersion programs, where students spend the majority of their day receiving instruction and interacting with teachers in Spanish.

Your Role

You will lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education while fostering strong relationships with families. You will oversee school operations, ensuring compliance with state licensing and regulatory standards while maintaining excellence in all aspects of preschool management.

Key Responsibilities

• Enrollment & Marketing – Drive admissions and implement marketing strategies.
• Operations & Finance – Manage budgets, financials, and operational efficiency.
• Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to licensing and health & safety regulations.
• Team Leadership & Development – Build and inspire a high-performing team.
• Curriculum & Resources – Implement engaging, high-quality learning experiences.
• Community Engagement – Represent Kïdo at local and industry events.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years as a Center Director in a large (150-200+ children) licensed childcare program.
• Director’s Credential plus a CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in ECE or related field.
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred.
• Must pass an enhanced fingerprint-based background check.
