Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Lead and Assistant Bilingual Teachers to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Bilingual Teacher:
- Listen:
- Actively engage with children to understand their needs, interests, and developmental progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates and insights into their child’s experiences and growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share observations and strategies for supporting each child's development.
- Learn:

- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Observe and document each child’s developmental milestones and learning experiences, using this information to tailor educational activities.
- Lead:
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Serve as a role model for children, demonstrating positive behavior and effective communication skills.
- Inspire and guide children to reach their full potential, helping to shape their future success.
Assistant Bilingual Teacher:
- Support Lead Teacher: Assist in creating and implementing lesson plans and activities.
- Engage with Children: Provide care and supervision, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Communicate with Parents: Help maintain open communication with parents and provide updates on their child’s progress.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the lead teacher and other staff members to support classroom activities and overall program goals.
- Professional Development: Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve your skills.
Qualifications:
Lead Bilingual Teacher:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field OR CDA
- At least 1 year of experience working with children from birth to 5 years in a licensed childcare facility.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of early childhood growth and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Assistant Bilingual Teacher:
- Experience working with young children in a childcare setting.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Basic understanding of early childhood development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
