Assistant Director of Education at Kïdo International Preschool

Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Oversight: Support and guide teachers in implementing a high-quality curriculum.
- Teacher Development: Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing feedback.
- Learning Environment: Ensure classrooms are clean, organized, and engaging.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive connections with children, families, and staff, offering proactive and responsive support.
- Compliance: Maintain health/safety standards and adherence to state regulations and Kïdo policies.
- School Growth: Actively contribute to the school's development and excellence, providing innovative recommendations.
- Sales & Marketing: Assist with outreach efforts to build enrollment.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (read, write, speak).
- Educational Background: CDA or Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years in a licensed childcare facility with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, and 1+ year in a leadership role preferred.
- Regulation Knowledge: Proficient understanding of Texas Minimum Standards.
