We are opening a new campus in South Austin and are looking for a passionate Lead and Assistant Teachers to join our team!

Lead Teacher Responsibilities:

Prepare for lessons and activities using our rich, easy-to-use curriculum provided for you with opportunities to add your own creative ideas as desired.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment to ensure responsive care is provided to each child
Desire to build positive relationships with children and families and be able to provide communication to parents through conversations, messaging and taking pictures to share the child's day and growth.
A passion for educating young minds in a preschool setting
Desire to work as part of a teaching team

Lead Teacher minimum qualifications:

HS Diploma/GED required
Experience teaching in a licensed preschool setting
At least 18 years of age
Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak both Spanish and English

Preferred qualifications:

a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education or related field, OR
a CDA (Child Development Associate Certification); AND
5-10 years teaching experience in a licensed childcare setting, OR
2-3 years’ experience in Montessori school setting

Assistant Teacher Responsibilities:

Support Lead teacher in preparing materials for weekly lessons
Work well as part of a team
Build positive relationships with children, families, and co-workers
Support the team where needed
Have a desire to continue to learn and grow as an educator and be open to coaching

Asst. Teacher minimum qualifications:

HS Diploma/GED required
At least 18 years of age
Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak both Spanish and English
