Are you passionate about early childhood education and skilled in marketing? At Kïdo International Preschool, we’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families.


This role is ideal for someone who understands the rhythm of a licensed preschool program and also knows how to craft meaningful, engaging marketing experiences that bring our school’s mission to life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support all sales and marketing events, from initial planning through execution and follow-up with prospective families
  • Build and maintain warm, authentic relationships with families—through daily conversations, messages, and snapshots of each child’s learning journey
  • Ensure timely and thorough follow-up with inquiries from families and staff, showing initiative, empathy, and professionalism
  • Manage and organize enrollment paperwork and ensure full compliance with state licensing regulations
  • Learn the ins and outs of the school—so you can confidently communicate what makes Kïdo special to new families
  • Help build a vibrant school community by promoting Kïdo in the local area, supporting marketing campaigns, and spreading positive word of mouth

What We’re Looking For:

  • Marketing experience—especially in event planning, social media, and local outreach
  • Previous experience working in a licensed preschool or early childhood education setting
  • A passion for early learning and a desire to support families through this important stage of development
  • A team player who is proactive, organized, and deeply committed to creating a joyful, engaging school environment

Minimum qualifications:

  • HS Diploma/GED required
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak both Spanish and English

Preferred qualifications:

  • a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, Communications or related fields 
  • a CDA (Child Development Associate Certification); AND
  • Experience in a licensed preschool setting
