What You’ll Do as a Teacher

• Work collaboratively with your teaching team to create a warm, supportive classroom community.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications (Lead Teacher):

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Experience teaching in a licensed preschool setting
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field OR CDA (Child Development Associate Certification)
• 5–10 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting OR 2–3 years in a Montessori environment
