We’re opening a brand-new campus in Eado: located at 3302 Canal St and looking for a passionate Assistant Director to help bring this vision to life.

As part of the founding team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the culture, systems, and success of a brand-new school. It’s a rare opportunity to grow with a global organization while helping build something from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Coach and mentor teachers through training and ongoing support
• Ensure learning spaces are organized, clean, and welcoming
• Support curriculum planning and implementation
• Help drive enrollment through sales and marketing efforts
• Build strong, positive relationships with families, children, and staff
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety, and Kïdo policies
• Offer ideas and feedback to help us continuously improve
• Step in wherever needed to support school operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)
• CDA or a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in ECE or a related field
• 4+ years in a licensed childcare setting (ages 6 weeks to 5 years)
• Working knowledge of Texas Minimum Standards
• 1+ year of school leadership experience preferred
