About Lev
Lev is transforming the $700B commercial real estate financing space. We have built a digital platform that matches borrowers and brokers with the best-fit lenders for their deals, and uses AI to fully automate time-consuming financing workflows.
We are the first people to be tackling this problem at scale. That’s why top-tier VCs and a who’s who of financial companies have invested more than $100M to help us grab this massive opportunity.
Our company and products are on the bleeding edge of practical AI and agents to serve customers, and our company itself is deeply AI-powered. Our team is an incredible mix of customer- and solution-oriented builders and sellers, working together to create a generational company to bring an industry into the digital age.
About the role
We’re looking for a builder-marketer—someone who blends product marketing, content creation, and hands-on execution—to help tell Lev’s story as we scale.
This role sits at the intersection of product, sales enablement, content, and growth. You won’t just define positioning, you’ll ship it. You’ll turn product updates into social content, data into narratives, and ideas into live digital experiences without waiting on a developer.
If you’re energized by vibe coding, fast iteration, and publishing work that immediately goes live, this role is for you.
What you'll do
- Messaging & narrative ownership
- Define and evolve Lev’s core narratives across borrowers and brokers
- Translate complex workflows, data, and AI capabilities into clear, differentiated stories
- Content as distribution
- Turn product launches, features, and insights into high-velocity content across:
- LinkedIn
- Lev.com
- Sales collateral
- Lightweight landing pages and microsites
- Own the end-to-end flow from idea → draft → publish
- Sales enablement
- Create sales assets that are actually used: short decks, one-pagers, explainer videos, talk tracks
- Partner closely with AEs and SDRs, iterating quickly based on real objections and deal feedback
- Hands-on website execution
- Use vibe coding, AI tools, and modern site builders to:
- Update copy and layouts
- Spin up new pages
- Experiment with positioning and messaging
- No Linear tickets. No handoffs. You ship it yourself.
- Product launches that feel alive
- Partner with product and growth to launch new features with energy and clarity
- Ensure launches show up everywhere customers actually look and not just in release notes
- Thought leadership & data storytelling
- Work with our data team to turn proprietary insights into content that builds credibility, earns attention, and compounds over time (SEO + social)
The must haves
- 3+ years in product marketing, content marketing, or a hybrid role at a B2B SaaS company
- A proven ability to ship content fast, not just plan it
- Strong writing instincts across:
- Web copy
- Social posts
- Sales-facing materials
- Comfort working directly with product, sales, and leadership without heavy process
- Fluency with AI tools and vibe coding to create, iterate, and publish independently
- A bias toward action: you’d rather test something live than debate it in a doc
- Taste. You know when something is clear, compelling, or forgettable—and you care
Bonus points if you’ve:
- Built or heavily edited SaaS websites yourself
- Owned launches without a large marketing team
- Run personal or company content experiments on LinkedIn
- Worked at a company where marketing moved at product speed
Who this role is not for
This role is probably not a fit if:
- You prefer spending most of your time on strategy decks, frameworks, or positioning docs that are handed off for others to execute
- You’re looking for a role where content creation is occasional rather than core to the job
- You expect dedicated web developers or designers to implement every website or copy change
- You’re uncomfortable shipping imperfect work, testing ideas live, and iterating in public
- You want clearly defined swim lanes and long planning cycles rather than fast, collaborative execution
- You see product marketing primarily as launch management and sales decks, not ongoing narrative building
The nitty gritty
- This is an office-based role in NYC (4 days in office)
- Unlimited PTO
- Excellent health insurance for you and your dependents
- Generous stock incentive plan
- Daily DoorDash credit for lunch and plenty of in-office snacks
- Subsidized access to Gympass for health and wellness
