Linus Health

Senior Product Manager, Consumer Experience

Linus Health is a Boston-based digital health company focused on transforming brain health for people across the world. By advancing how we detect and address cognitive and brain disorders – leveraging cutting-edge neuroscience, clinical expertise, and artificial intelligence – our goal is to enable a future where people can live longer, happier, and healthier lives with better brain health.

The Role:

The Opportunity (0-to-1 in a High-Growth Environment)

As the Senior Product Manager for Consumer Experience, you will be the architect of an entirely new product portfolio. While you will leverage Linus Health’s foundational neuroscience assets and clinical engine, your mission is a true 0-to-1 challenge: building our consumer-facing business from the ground up.

Your initial focus will be on older adults experiencing early cognitive changes, creating a digital experience that bridges the gap between proactive wellness and clinical support. You will lead the product strategy as we launch via a B2B2C model, sponsored by health plans, employers, and life sciences organizations.

This role requires a rare hybrid product leader: someone who can growth-hack engagement metrics like a top-tier consumer app PM, while maintaining the clinical integrity and accessibility required for a demographic navigating cognitive health.

Your Strategic "North Stars" (First 6–12 Months)

  • Cross-Platform Launch: Successfully design, build, and launch the foundational Linus consumer experience across both mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
  • AI-Driven Engagement: Integrate meaningful, intuitive AI features that translate complex brain health data into deeply personalized, actionable insights that consumers love interacting with.
  • Retention & Engagement Benchmarks: Establish and execute a growth framework, hitting aggressive 30-day retention and daily active usage milestones tailored to our core consumer personas.

What you'll do

  • Product Leadership: Own the end-to-end consumer roadmap. Transition the product from its initial B2B2C sponsor-driven requirements into a highly scalable, premium D2C subscription model.
  • The "Wellness-to-Clinical" Journey: Architect a brilliant, flexible product framework that allows users to seamlessly transition from a self-guided "wellness mode" into a regulated "clinical mode" when they connect with their clinical care teams.
  • Behavioral UX Design: Build deeply empathetic, accessible, and "sticky" interfaces tailored to older adults and family caregivers, leveraging behavioral economics to drive proactive brain-healthy habits.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Run continuous A/B testing and rapid experimentation loops to optimize onboarding, feature discovery, and long-term user retention, without compromising data privacy or clinical safety.
  • Partnership & Platform Extensibility: Design a modular product architecture. You ensure that our core consumer experience can easily scale to support white-label solutions, embedded SDKs/APIs for major consumer brands, and Linus-owned branded experiences.

About You:

  • Experience: 7+ years of dedicated Product Management experience, with 10+ years of total professional experience. A proven track record of launching 0-to-1 consumer-facing mobile/web applications is mandatory.
  • Consumer Health DNA: You come from a high-growth consumer health/wellness app environment (e.g., Noom, Headspace, Whoop, Oura) OR possess a clinical-first background where you successfully led the transition to highly rated consumer-facing tools (e.g., Omada, Ro).
  • Dual-Spectrum Fluency: You are comfortable working in both unregulated consumer wellness spaces and highly regulated clinical environments (HIPAA, FDA general wellness guidelines, and SaMD frameworks). You know when to move fast and iterate, and when to slow down for regulatory rigor.
  • Platform Thinker: You know how to build a unified product core that can flexibly morph into a white-label version, an embedded partner feature, or a direct-to-consumer app.
  • Growth & Analytics Native: You are obsessed with consumer metrics (LTV, CAC, retention cohorts, funnel drop-offs) and have hands-on experience leveraging modern product analytics stacks.
  • Empathetic Communicator: You excel at storytelling. You can easily translate dense neuroscience or "black box" AI algorithms into delightful, encouraging, and clear UI copy for an older adult or worried caregiver.
