Position Purpose

The Manager is the sole intake management presence in the Lisinski Law Firm’s US office and is accountable for daily performance, coaching, and operational execution of the team. This role carries the end-to-end selling responsibilities, including owning conversion performance for the team, developing team members, and serving as the direct reporting leader for the team. This role functions as the operational and cultural anchor at the office level with the primary responsibility of coaching, performance management, and operational oversight. This is a player-coach role, stepping in to conduct consultations only when volume exceeds team capacity. In these moments, the individual must demonstrate our selling framework and consultation standards, reinforcing expectations through example.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and develop all direct reports in the office by providing direct observation, immediate post-consultation debrief, structured 1:1s, and daily performance direction.

Serve as the point of escalation for complex, sensitive, or high-stakes client situations that require experienced judgment or manager-level authority.

Support onboarding and ramp-up of new hires by delivering structured coaching to accelerate time-to-proficiency and monitoring early performance closely.

Report to and partner with the direct manager on office performance trends, staffing needs, talent issues, and operational priorities, escalating with data and a recommended action.

Ensure team compliance with CRM documentation standards (Litify/Salesforce), QA protocols, and all firm policies and procedures.

Participate in hiring decisions for the office, applying established criteria and contributing to a rigorous, consistent candidate evaluation process.

Own conversion performance for the assigned office location. Review performance data daily, identify gaps, and implement coaching and operational corrections with urgency.

Conduct side-by-side observation of consultations and provide specific, skill-focused coaching feedback in real time or immediately following the consultation.

Lead daily team huddles — reviewing performance, reinforcing process standards, addressing questions, and sustaining team energy and accountability.

When consultation volume exceeds team capacity, conduct consultations directly, maintaining selling framework proficiency and modeling the standard expected of every specialist.

When in-office appointment volume is below capacity, transition the team to virtual consultations (phone or video), maintaining performance standards across both modalities.
