Note: This is initially a Fixed Term Contract, Maternity Cover role. The we aim for this role to begin on Monday 4^th August 2025 (subject to referencing and vetting checks) and will expire on or around 31^st October 2026.

As Quality and Compliance officer I am a key member of the Safety & Compliance team. I work closely with department managers to provide support in all aspects of Quality and Compliance.

We bet you’re thinking “so what is it I will actually be doing day to day?” well….

• I will be the internal auditor for the company, conducting regular audits and inspections to identify potential areas of risk or non-compliance.
• I will conduct all internal and external audits in line with the Internal Audit Programme.
• I will develop and manage the Internal Audit Programme.
• I will investigate any reports of potential non-compliance.
• I will be responsible for effectively managing all aspects of the Document Management Systems.
• I will fully embody the Airports ‘One Team’ culture and understand that there may be times when I am required to undertake other activities to support the needs of the business.

You’re probably wondering “What skills and experience do I need for this role?” this is a key role in our airport so there are some specific skills and experience you will need to have in order to undertake the role. if you can answer yes to all of the below requirements you have the required skills:

• I hold a recognised internal auditor qualification in Airport or Airline Operations
• I have strong knowledge of EASA / CAA regulations
• I have strong working knowledge of CAP 168, 642 and the management of Aerodrome certification
• I hold a recognised train the trainer qualification
• I have strong knowledge of health & safety (HSG 65) and legislation.
