Position Overview: As the Design Director at Luupli, you will be at the forefront of defining and executing our
creative vision. You will oversee all creative aspects of the platform, ensuring that our visual and experiential
elements resonate with our mission and values. This role demands a visionary creative professional with a deep
understanding of the social media landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving positive
social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy and Vision:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with Luupli’s mission and vision.
o Oversee the design and user experience (UX) of the platform, ensuring it is engaging, inclusive, and
user-friendly.
o Drive innovation in content creation, visual storytelling, and interactive experiences.
o Ensure all creative outputs maintain a high standard of quality and consistency.
Brand Development:
o Define and evolve Luupli’s brand identity and voice.
o Ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints, including the app, website, marketing
materials, and social media channels.
o Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling campaigns that amplify
Luupli’s brand.
Team Leadership:
o Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of designers, content creators, and UX/UI specialists.
o Foster a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and continuous improvement within the creative team.
o Ensure alignment of the creative team’s goals with the broader organizational objectives.
User Engagement and Community Building:
o Develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement and foster a sense of community on the
platform.
o Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create features and experiences that drive user
interaction and satisfaction.
o Champion the voices of creators and users, ensuring their feedback is integrated into the creative
process.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
o Proven experience in a senior creative role, preferably within the tech or social media industry.
o Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design, UX/UI, and creative direction.
o Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote working environment.

First Six Weeks: In the first six weeks of the role, the Design Director will:

o Oversee the creation of initial marketing and promotional materials for the BETA phase.
o Collaborate with the executive team to ensure all creative outputs accurately reflect the company’s goals
