We’re looking for someone to build and run a scalable outbound engine that generates a consistent, high-quality pipeline and drives opportunities into trials and active deals.
This role combines SDR execution, automation, and AI, with a strong focus on building systems that deliver results at scale.
TL;DR
- Own the pipeline generation engine
- Own outbound systems and automation

- Partner with the Head of Sales and CRO on strategy and pipeline priorities
What you’ll do
- Design and build the outbound engine end-to-end: sourcing, enrichment, scoring, outreach, follow-ups, and re-engagement
- Manage SDR efforts supporting multiple AEs. Own SDR performance, productivity, and output
- Implement automation using tools like n8n, Make, and AI-agents driven workflows
- Connect and manage data across CRM, Sales Navigator, APIs, and other sources
- Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calls)
- Continuously improve targeting, messaging, and conversion performance
- Define scripts, cadences, and workflows aligned with pipeline generation
- Guide SDRs to move opportunities from first touch through meetings and into trials
- Discover and re-engage inactive opportunities by funnel hunting in the CRM and bring them back into the pipeline
- Work closely with AEs to improve lead quality and conversion
- Participate in call reviews, discovery, and ongoing optimization
What we’re looking for
- Experience building outbound or GTM systems MUST
- Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as AI agents, n8n or Make
- Familiarity with HubSpot
- Solid understanding of outbound channels (cold email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Experience managing or building SDR teams
