Role Overview

This is a hybrid role combining hands-on recruiting with HR operations support, focused on strengthening how our global Talent Acquisition team sources, screens, and onboards candidates globally. You'll actively source and screen candidates for open roles at Netwrix, while also owning the operational work that makes hiring — and joining — Netwrix a smooth, professional experience.

This is an initial 6-month assignment, with the opportunity to make real impact on how our global recruitment team operates and scales.

Responsibilities
Sourcing & Recruiting

• Proactively source candidates for open roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing channels — mainly focusing on EMEA & APAC regions
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for active and anticipated requisitions, supporting the global recruitment team's capacity during a period of high hiring volume
• Screen candidates for role fit, availability, and cultural alignment, coordinate interviews, and keep hiring workflows moving without gaps
• Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process, ensuring a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer

HR Operations

• Serve as the operational bridge between the Talent team and Operations, ensuring systems access, equipment, and day-one logistics are aligned and ready before every new hire starts
• Maintain accurate records across the ATS and HRIS, tracking candidate and new hire status, flagging discrepancies, and keeping data clean for reporting

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting coordination, or a talent acquisition support role
• Experience in HR operations or an HR generalist capacity
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple active hiring cycles, onboarding tasks, and benefits requests without losing detail
• Clear, professional communication with candidates, new hires, internal teams, and external partners
• Comfortable working across time zones and supporting a global recruitment team
