Who We Are

NeuroFlow CEO and West Point graduate Christopher Molaro served in the army for five years, including a tour in Iraq as a platoon leader. Coming back home, he experienced firsthand the gaps in the behavioral health system and how veterans and civilians alike face too many barriers when it comes to receiving appropriate, timely care.

While pursuing his MBA at Wharton, Chris met his future co-founder Adam Pardes, and the two agreed – even the most engaging digital mental health apps in the world wouldn’t truly change the problem; only a solution that systematically integrated behavioral health into the full healthcare ecosystem could create meaningful change. And so they created NeuroFlow.

What We Do

We pride ourselves on partnering with healthcare leaders to assist in driving better outcomes, lowering total cost of care, and making behavioral health risk more predictable and transparent. NeuroFlow exists to make sure no one who needs behavioral health support falls through the cracks.

We build more than just engaging digital health tools for self-care: we create platforms that identify population behavioral health risk early, engage individuals with acuity-specific resources, and enable care teams to make smarter and more efficient decisions. Together, NeuroFlow’s solutions arm healthcare organizations with the insights they need to overcome the systemic challenges in today’s healthcare ecosystem.

How We Do It

The award-winning culture at NeuroFlow is one built around encouragement and daring to be great. Our core values have been displayed in our office since day one, and each team member is responsible for carrying out these values and keeping each other accountable to them. We succeed through our flexibility and agility, navigating and transforming an industry ripe for change where “no” or “can’t” is too often the default. NeuroFlow offers unique opportunities to work in a fun and challenging fast-paced environment with direct, meaningful impact on helping to close the divide between mental and physical health.

NeuroFlow is backed by investors including HLM Venture Partners, SEMCAP Health, Concord Health Partners, Builders VC, and Dreamit, alongside grant funding from the National Science Foundation and the U.S. Department of Defense.

Our work has been recognized by TIME Magazine as one of the World's Top HealthTech Companies of 2025, by Fierce Healthcare's 2026 Fierce15, and by MedTech Breakthrough's Best Overall Mental Health Solution award.

About the Role

As Director, Product Marketing at NeuroFlow, you’ll own product marketing strategy and content development for our rapidly growing health plan and managed care segment. Serving as “second-in-command” of our marketing team, you’ll determine the go-to-market approach, messaging architecture, and launch strategy for a complex AI-driven behavioral health IT and services  portfolio.  Note that this is a marketing-centered role, not a product-management role: you'll focus on positioning, narrative, enablement, and launch execution, rather than owning product development strategy or roadmap, while partnering with senior leaders across Product, Sales, and Client Success to shape company-wide GTM strategy.

You'll carry high responsibility for early GTM work around product and feature launches, and for a specific, recurring problem: NeuroFlow's platform is made up of many product and service components, and your job is to turn combinations of those components into standardized, named solutions built around real buyer problems, vs. internal feature lists. You'll work closely with Sales and Product to keep positioning, ROI models, user stories, and demo stories sharp, current, and grounded in what's actually winning and losing in the field.

What You’ll Own

Product & Solution Launches

  • Lead GTM planning and execution for our core solutions,  new and existing, including segmentation, ICP definition, messaging, sales readiness, launch calendar, and post-launch measurement.
  • Partner with Product from early roadmap review through GA to make sure new capabilities arrive with a market-ready narrative, not just a release note.
  • Run post-launch retrospectives that feed adoption data, win/loss signal, and field feedback back into the next cycle of positioning and packaging.

Solutioning: Turning Components into Standardized Offers

  • Package NeuroFlow's product and service capabilities into standardized, buyer-centered solutions, that are defined by the problem a buyer is solving, not by which internal module or team built it.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and commercial leadership to define solution boundaries, naming, and packaging so reps can sell and buyers can evaluate a coherent offer.
  • Maintain a living solution map that stays anchored to named buyer problems and evolves as new capabilities, pricing, and field learning come in.

Positioning & Messaging

  • Own and continuously refine core positioning and messaging across the platform and its solutions, in tight, ongoing partnership with Sales and Product.
  • Translate clinical and technical capability into simple, economic value narratives that land with economic buyers, champions, and technical evaluators.
  • Run a regular cadence of win/loss review and field feedback to pressure-test messaging and retire what isn't working.

ROI Models & Business Case Tools

  • Build and maintain pre-sales ROI calculators and financial impact models grounded in payor and/or provider economics.
  • Keep ROI logic and assumptions current as pricing, outcomes data, and customer evidence evolve, working directly with Sales on how the tools are used in live deals.

User Stories, Demo Stories & Sales Assets

  • Manage all market-facing content development, execution and maintenance.
  • Develop user stories and demo stories/scripts that show, not just tell, how a solution solves a named buyer problem.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement on battlecards, discovery guides, and objection-handling content tied to current positioning.
  • Train and certify the field on new launches, positioning changes, and enablement assets, and track adoption.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work day-to-day with commercial leadership and Product management as the connective tissue between roadmap, message, and pipeline.
  • Represent the voice of the buyer and the field back into Product and company strategy discussions.
  • Report to and partner closely with the VP of Marketing on how product marketing plugs into demand gen, enablement, and the broader GTM calendar.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience with progressive responsibility, ideally with a focus on health plans and other managed care organizations
  • 3+ years directly managing and developing a product marketing or marketing team
  • Demonstrated success setting product marketing strategy and go-to-market direction for technically complex, B2B SaaS IT-plus-services offerings in healthcare, not just executing against someone else's plan
  • Track record partnering with senior leadership to set team and functional priorities, and owning the outcomes of those decisions
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends and buyer personas across commercial and government markets
  • Ability to gain acceptance from senior leaders and executives on sensitive or ambiguous matters without damaging the relationship
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to translate technical concepts into value propositions that hold up at the leadership level
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset with experience using analytics to inform team and functional strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across product, sales, and client success without formal authority over those functions
