About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, driven Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in siding, roofing, and other exterior improvement projects. In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls with warm leads who already have a need. You’ll educate them, build trust, and schedule high-quality appointments for our outside sales team.
You are not just booking appointments; you’re playing a critical role in turning interest into real opportunities and revenue.

Base Pay: $25.00/hour, supplemented by bonuses averaging $4-$16/hour.
Physical Setting: In Office, M-F, 9:00am-6:00pm
