About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Corporate Travel Manager to join our team and manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements for our corporate clients. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and deep competency in global travel booking systems. You will handle complex itineraries, manage urgent travel changes, and ensure a smooth, stress‑free experience for travellers.
This is a senior‑level operational role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys solving problems, delivering premium service, and managing intricate travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Travel Booking & Coordination
- Manage domestic and international travel bookings including flights, accommodation, car hire, transfers, visas, and insurance.
- Build complex, multi‑segment itineraries with precision and efficiency.
- Provide expert advice on routes, airline products, fare options, and travel requirements.
Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver a high‑touch, client‑focused service experience.
- Handle last‑minute changes, disruptions, and urgent travel requests with calm, professional efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with travellers and internal stakeholders.
Systems & Technical Expertise
- Use GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) for reservations, changes, and ticketing.
- Operate corporate booking tools and CRM systems accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all bookings comply with corporate travel policies and best‑practice standards.
Travel Administration & Compliance
- Manage ticketing deadlines, fare rules, reissues, refunds, and credits.
- Provide accurate invoicing and documentation for each booking.
- Ensure compliance with duty‑of‑care, travel policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Supplier & Industry Knowledge
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of airline rules, hotel programs, and travel supplier offerings.
- Work with preferred suppliers to secure best available options and service levels.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a corporate travel consultant/agent.
- Advanced GDS proficiency (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo essential).
- Strong understanding of airline fare structures, reissue processes, and ticketing rules.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex itineraries and high‑volume corporate travel.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong organisational discipline.
- Calm under pressure and capable of delivering solutions quickly.
- Knowledge of global travel requirements (visas, baggage, entry rules, etc.).

The pay range for this role is:
