Key Responsibilities

  • Stewardship of client service (initial and ongoing)
    • Investor onboarding (separate accounts & pooled funds)
    • Work with institutional sales team in drafting and executing IMA’s with new clients.
    • administrator/custodian account set-up
    • co-ordinated handover to operational teams
  • Respond to inbound requests and enquiries from clients and consultants
    • Data requests (performance, attribution)
    • Reports (eg. ESG, sustainability)
  • Support of sales team
    • Provide support to the institutional sales team activity across all of Pinnacle’s affiliates
    • Improve sales tools (eg. Salesforce) and processes to enhance distribution productivity and the client experience
    • Salesforce data entry
    • Build bespoke reports/dashboard to drive productivity for the institutional sales team.
    • Maintain select investment manager databases for affiliates
    • Project manage the completion of all investment and operational due diligence questionnaires (DDQ)
    • Maintain RFI software for relevant affiliates
    • Execute on data and information requests on behalf of each institutional salesperson
  • Prepare monthly affiliate sales pipeline reports ahead of each meeting
  • Lead the production of peer analysis research using eVestment analytics
  • Manage relationships with key service providers relevant to the institutional sales team
  • Ensure presentations are prepared and made available to clients/prospects ahead of all external meetings
  • Prepare pre-meeting agenda, prep notes ahead of all key client meetings to the relevant affiliate

 

What you'll do

  • 3+ years relevant experience in an institutional or sales environment
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Commerce or related discipline with excellent academic results

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales colleagues and affiliates.
