JOB SUMMARY

Role and Responsibilities

·       Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of security services projects, including deploying new security technologies, or expanding monitoring coverage to renewable assets (solar, wind, battery storage).

·       Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking key milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

·       Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external MSSPs, ensuring clear communication of requirements, expectations, and deliverables.

·       Help improve the process.

·       Lead small projects and activities.

·       Train and assist newer team members with standard tasks.

·       Drive resolution of straight forward problems.

Required Qualification & Education

·       Experience in the energy sector, with preference for renewable energy (solar, wind, storage) and familiarity with the unique cybersecurity challenges of IT/OT environments.

·       Experience working with or managing engagements with MSSPs

·       Proven documentation, presentation, and communication skills

·       University Degree (or equivalent) with 2-4 years of experience or Masters with 0-2 years of experience

Required Skills & Competencies

·       Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across geographically distributed renewable energy sites and corporate environments

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership

·       Able to liaise with clients on routine matters in a professional manner

·       Attention to detail

·       Able to work as part of a team

Required Software Knowledge

·       Expertise in MS Office MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, [Project], [Access], [Publisher]) and Adobe PDF toolsets

·       Project Management Tools

Preferred Experience

·       Familiarity with NERC standards, and experience managing projects to improve or maintain compliance for bulk electric system (BES) cyber assets.

·       Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex projects in a regulated industry.

·       Experience in customer service.

·       Experience with a U.S. based company
