About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized OT Engineering Administrator to coordinate projects, documentation, and communications that support our renewable energy operational technology (OT) systems. This position ensures that tasks are tracked, timelines are met, and files and data are structured for maximum accessibility and accuracy.
You will work closely with engineering, operations, and IT teams, using a variety of project management and collaboration tools to maintain smooth workflows and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track OT engineering projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to standard.
- Serve as a central point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain structured documentation, project files, and databases using Egnyte and other platforms.
- Apply best practices for file management, database structure, and version control.
- Ensure consistent attention to text formatting, including indentation, bullet points, and hyperlinks.
- Create, edit, and distribute project documentation, reports, and meeting notes using Fellow and Microsoft Office tools.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for documentation and project execution.
- Utilize project and workflow tools (Trello, Zendesk) to assign tasks, track progress, and provide updates.
- Support compliance, quality control, and change management processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient with Zendesk, Trello, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Fellow, and Egnyte.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to follow and uphold standard operating procedures.
- Strong understanding of file management best practices, database structure, and data organization.
- Consistent attention to formatting standards for documents and communications.
- Experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role, preferably in OT, IT, or engineering environments.
- Experience in renewable energy or industrial control systems is a plus
