Role and Responsibilities
· Oversee office leases and manage expansion projects for Radian Mexico, including lease negotiations, renewals, and compliance with local regulations. Support general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain a productive work environment.
· Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and service providers to support international office needs.
· Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
· Serve as a point of contact in case of emergencies, coordinating responses and ensuring employee safety.
· Support U.S. team travel to Guadalajara office including, hotel bookings, venue rentals, and team outings.
· Support group events for Radian travel within the U.S. including, hotel bookings, venue rentals, and team outings.
· Support Radian International and Operations with corporate initiatives.
Required Qualification & Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
· Experience in administrative or support role specifically supporting multiple teams and departments
· Strong written, verbal communication, with experience drafting professional correspondence with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
· Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Experience Required:
· Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an operations or coordination role
Experience Preferred
· Renewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, or operations roles

· Strong organizational abilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
· Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused with a strong sense of accountability
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
