About the role:
As an After-Hours Make Safe Assistant at Reconstruct™, you’ll be the first friendly voice people hear in the middle of an emergency.
You’ll help homeowners feel calm and cared for, and coordinate urgent building jobs with local contractors.
You’ll become the go-to for urgent out-of-hours callouts: offering quick thinking, clear communication, and a human touch when it matters most.
Here’s how your schedule will look:
- Training period (first 3 months):
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH time (day shift)
- After-hours shift (after training):
Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 3:00 AM PH time
You’ll be on standby for emergency calls. If it’s quiet, you’ll assist with general admin.
What you'll do:
Here’s a sneak peek at what your day-to-day will look like:
- Answer after-hours calls and assess what action is needed
- Find and schedule local contractors to secure or repair the property
- Contact and reassure homeowners during stressful situations
- Stay on standby during your shift: when it’s quiet, help with admin tasks
- Collaborate with the wider Reconstruct™ team and document every job clearly
- General administrative and claim-related tasks
What we're looking for:
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- A caring, confident phone presence and excellent spoken and written English
- Experience in administrative and customer service role
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Clear communication and follow-through on every job
- A reliable setup to work remotely from home (stable internet, quiet space)
- Bonus if you’ve worked in construction or insurance
