Product Manager

ABOUT RELENTLESS

Relentless is an organizing company focused on unlocking political power through relational organizing. Relational organizing is the simple, proven concept that people talking to their friends and family is more effective than strangers talking to strangers. Our flagship product, Rally, is a social graph, power-mapping tool, and program management platform that makes running scaled relational programs simple. Our in-house program team brings their deep experience to supercharge the programs that run on Rally and mobilize communities at scale to have meaningful conversations, get out the vote, and so much more.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Rally has an ambitious two-year product roadmap in the leadup to the 2026 midterm elections. As Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our strategic roadmap and its execution. You will translate product goals into detailed feature specifications, prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility, and collaborate with our engineering team to set timelines, address technical challenges, and ensure successful feature launches.

This is a great opportunity for a Product Manager with experience or interest in progressive political technology. Relentless is dedicated not only to supporting our core paid relational programming to achieve progressive wins in the midterms and beyond, but to leveraging and building upon our existing assets in creative ways to combat the cruel and regressive policies of the current administration.

The Product Manager will work closely with Relentless’s CEO, CTO, and senior leadership to shape the future of the product and deliver high-impact technology as part of the fight to protect our democracy.

We’re open to shaping this role to fit the right person.
