About the role

At RevHealth, our People team plays a critical role in shaping how our employees and clients experience the business every day. We’re looking for a People Generalist who brings a strong foundation in HR, a passion for continuous improvement, and a mindset that blends operations, experience, and innovation.

You’ll operate at the center of employee lifecycle management, HR systems, and benefits support, while also contributing to the experiences that define our culture.

A defining element of this role is a strong orientation toward technology and AI. You think critically about how to apply these tools to improve workflows, scale operations, and elevate the employee experience. You’re someone who is constantly looking around the corner, ensuring the People team is leveraging the best tools available to work smarter and more efficiently.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site in the Morristown office.

What you'll do

  • Build and run reports using Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, formulas, summaries) to support People team insights and decision-making
  • Actively leverage AI tools to enhance your work — from improving reporting and documentation to streamlining workflows and communications
  • Identify and implement opportunities to integrate AI and technology into People processes, helping the team operate more efficiently and proactively
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes with a focus on scalability, automation, and reducing friction

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Own and continuously improve key moments across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding
  • Ensure a seamless, thoughtful, and high-quality experience for employees at every stage
  • Manage and administer leave of absence processes, balancing compliance with a supportive, human-centered approach
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure all lifecycle processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and with strong communication

Benefits & Employee Support

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions related to benefits and HR policies
  • Build a strong working knowledge of benefits offerings (health, ancillary, 401k, etc.) to confidently support employees
  • Deliver a high-touch, service-oriented experience in every interaction

Experience & Engagement

  • Partner with the Experience Manager to support and execute employee and client experience initiatives
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance culture, engagement, and the day-to-day employee experience
  • Help bring to life moments that matter across the employee lifecycle and within our agency environment

General HR Support

  • Support compliance, documentation, and HR best practices
  • Assist with People team initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed
  • Contribute to a People function that is evolving, modern, and continuously improving

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related role
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (Rippling strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas such as VLOOKUP, basic reporting, and data organization)
  • Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, including data changes and documentation
