About the Role
Revv is growing fast, and we’re looking for a VP of People to join our leadership team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that supports our rapid growth and business objectives. You’ll partner closely with the executive team to drive talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development, ensuring that Revv remains an exceptional place to work.

Responsibilities
Strategic People Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy to support Revv’s growth and scaling efforts.
- Partner with executive leadership to align People initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all HR-related matters.
- Lead headcount planning and budgeting, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Oversee employee onboarding processes, ensuring a structured 60-day plan and check-in cadence for new hires.
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and continuous feedback improvement.
Performance Management
- Implement and oversee performance review processes, ensuring alignment with job descriptions and company goals.
- Develop career progression frameworks that support internal growth and proactive talent development.
- Establish accountability structures such as PIPs, OKRs, and competency rubrics to drive a culture of performance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Develop and maintain competitive pay bands, leveraging market benchmarking data.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales to structure commission plans.
- Establish clear guidelines for refresh grants and ensure benefits packages are effectively communicated.
- Ensure our benefits offerings are competitive, well-communicated, and aligned with employee needs.
Company Health & Employee Engagement
- Lead the annual employee survey, transforming feedback into actionable initiatives in partnership with the Founders.
- Continuously monitor employee engagement, especially among top performers.
- Support monthly all-hands meetings, providing updates on new People processes and initiatives.
- Strengthen employee branding by managing platforms like Glassdoor, ensuring a positive and consistent company reputation.
Qualifications
Professional Experience
- 8+ years of experience in People leadership roles, ideally within high-growth startups or tech companies.
- Experience in Series A-C startup environments and scaling People functions.
- Comprehensive expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Strong background in onboarding design, ensuring structured support for new hires at 30, 60, and 90 days.
- Ability to source and screen candidates across multiple functions and verticals.
- Proficiency in HR analytics, tracking key metrics to measure talent success and organizational health.
- Strong collaboration skills with accounting, finance, and operations teams to ensure HRIS and payroll compliance.
Compensation Range
- The compensation range for this role is $190,000 - $230,000 and is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
