About the Role
Revv is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our product's user experience, defining our design system, and ensuring our platform delivers intuitive and visually compelling interactions. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to turn complex problems into elegant solutions.

Responsibilities

Product Design & User Experience

  • Own the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to high-fidelity execution.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure visual and functional consistency.
  • Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that solve real-world problems for repair shop customers.
  • Conduct user research and run rapid prototyping to validate design decisions.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to align design with company goals.
  • Ensure smooth design-to-development handoff and high-quality implementation.
  • Advocate for user-centered design across the organization, ensuring usability and accessibility are top priorities.
  • Mentor other designers and contribute to a strong design culture.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into our design process.
  • Iterate rapidly, shipping thoughtful, high-impact designs quickly.
  • Balance creativity with data-driven decision-making to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Professional Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing shipped products.
  • Strong experience working with SaaS platforms or enterprise software.
  • Background in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments preferred.
  • Experience designing responsive web applications with modern frameworks.

Technical & Design Skills

  • Mastery of Figma and other modern design tools.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, UX principles, and usability testing.
  • Experience designing and maintaining design systems.
  • Ability to prototype and iterate quickly, turning concepts into real product experiences.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development principles for effective collaboration with engineers.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

Compensation Range

  • The compensation range for this role is $130,000 - $155,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The pay range for this role is:
