About the Role
Revv is transforming the auto-repair industry, and we’re seeking a Director of Strategic Finance to lead our financial strategy, operations, and investor relations. This role is critical in driving scalability and aligning financial strategies with our mission to deliver exceptional value to auto-repair businesses.

If you thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments and bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, you’ll excel in this position. As the Director of Strategic Finance, you will oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A), pricing and product strategy, Board and investor relations, and unit economics. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to create data-driven solutions that fuel growth, profitability, and customer success.


Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Planning

  • Develop and maintain robust financial models for annual/quarterly budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
  • Partner with Go-To-Market (GTM) and Engineering, Product & Design (EPD) leadership to align financial strategies with hiring plans and business objectives.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze SaaS metrics (e.g., MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, retention) and unit economics to deliver actionable insights for data-driven decisions.
  • Present recommendations to leadership to optimize performance and drive sustainable growth.

Pricing & Product Strategy

  • Lead initiatives to optimize pricing and packaging, maximizing growth, profitability, and customer acquisition through market research and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with GTM and EPD teams to launch new products, ensuring market fit, strong pricing models, and long-term revenue potential.

Fundraising & Investor Relations

  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team on fundraising efforts, crafting compelling narratives, developing investor materials, and managing fundraising processes.
  • Prepare financial updates and presentations for the Board and investors to ensure transparency and trust.

Organizational Leadership

  • Foster a culture of ROI and data-driven decision-making across the organization, empowering teams to make impactful financial choices.


Qualifications

Professional Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, and/or Private Equity, ideally in high-growth or SaaS environments.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, P&L management, and budgeting.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and reporting.
  • Proven track record in fundraising and investor relations.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Solid knowledge of GAAP principles and familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition practices.

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this role is $180,000 - $220,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
