About the Role
Revv is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and driving the product roadmap, ensuring we build and ship high-impact features that enhance vehicle safety and streamline repair processes. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customer teams to translate insights into tangible products.

Responsibilities

Product Development & Strategy

• Own end-to-end product development for key strategic initiatives, from ideation to launch.
• Define and execute the product roadmap, balancing speed with quality.
• Leverage user feedback and data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
• Develop scalable solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner with engineering and design teams to build and ship features at startup speed.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure technical alignment and successful product execution.
• Advocate for the voice of the user, ensuring customer needs remain central to decision-making.

Continuous Improvement

• Continuously analyze product performance, optimizing features and iterating quickly.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, incorporating best practices into our product development process.

Qualifications

Professional Experience

• 4+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Proven track record of launching successful products in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working at a SaaS startup that scaled rapidly is highly preferred.
• Background in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments preferred.
• Experience in automotive technology, AI-driven products, or B2B SaaS is a plus.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Strong prioritization skills with the ability to make tough trade-offs.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis to drive decision-making.
• Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Strong technical understanding to engage in productive discussions with engineers.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to rally teams around a vision.

Compensation Range

• The compensation range for this role is $170,000 - $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
