Role Summary

We are looking for a high-caliber professional to join the CEO Office / Chief of Staff Office to drive executive reporting, business intelligence, performance visibility, and internal follow-through on key business priorities.


What This Role Will Own

  • Executive dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility
  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review materials
  • High-quality PowerPoint decks for operating reviews, strategic discussions, and leadership updates
  • Business performance analysis and insight generation for decision-making
  • Tracking of commitments, milestones, and follow-through across functions
  • Structured support to the CEO Office on high-priority initiatives and special projects


Key Responsibilities

Executive Reporting and Leadership Reviews

  • Build and manage reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
  • Create executive-ready presentations with clear storylining, sharp visuals, and concise business messages
  • Consolidate fragmented inputs from multiple teams into a structured leadership narrative
  • Support the CEO Office / Chief of Staff Office with review decks, briefing notes, summaries, and decision-support materials

Business Intelligence and Dashboarding

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent
  • Define reporting logic, metric definitions, and dashboard views that provide leadership with a reliable source of truth
  • Improve reporting quality, usability, and executive relevance of existing dashboards and reports
  • Partner with data owners and functional teams to close data gaps and improve reporting consistency

Business Analytics and Insight Generation

  • Analyze business performance, identify trends, highlight risks, and surface improvement opportunities
  • Conduct structured deep dives to explain what is changing, why it matters, and what action is needed
  • Translate data into clear findings, implications, and recommendations for leadership
  • Support business planning, performance tracking, and ad hoc analytical asks from the CEO Office

Internal Follow-through and Commitment Tracking

  • Track key action items, milestones, and deliverables emerging from leadership reviews and strategic discussions
  • Work across teams to ensure commitments are clearly owned, time-bound, and followed through
  • Push internal stakeholders toward closure on agreed priorities and escalate slippages in a timely manner
  • Help drive discipline in execution by bringing visibility, structure, and accountability to cross-functional work

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work across business, product, finance, operations, and support functions to gather inputs and align on metrics and actions
  • Bring structure to open issues and help move discussions from updates to decisions
  • Challenge inconsistent inputs and maintain rigor in reporting and review preparation
  • Operate effectively in a high-visibility environment with senior stakeholders and multiple moving parts

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in business analytics, business intelligence, reporting, performance management, or executive decision-support roles
  • Strong hands-on experience in BI tools for reporting and dashboarding
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to build executive-quality presentations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work across functions and drive clarity, alignment, and follow-through
  • Good understanding of CX industry metrics and business context
  • Basic familiarity with contact center technology environments and reporting structures
  • Ability to work with overlap into the US EST time zone
  • Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore, India
