Product Manager
The Product Manager is responsible for defining and owning a product feature set within their portfolio and driving execution against it. This individual will be responsible for defining a vision, developing a strategy to accomplish key business objectives, creating and maintaining a product roadmap in support of that strategy, defining requirements, and prioritizing the execution of work within their specific portfolio. They will measure product performance and drive new experimentation to optimize their products and deliver maximum value.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Planning data-led churn reduction strategy, executing the tactics, overseeing implementation in a customer-first manner, and reporting on the success.
Developing, discovering, and maintaining churn KPIs and metrics
Monitoring relevant metrics for customer goals and keeping account overviews.
Creating processes for proactively identifying churn precursors and developing solutions that address these signals before cancellation.
Analyze churn reasons, creating an offboarding process and checklist, and conducting offboarding interviews to monitor and track why customers are leaving.
Develop a retention vision and strategy to accomplish that vision
Create and manage a product roadmap
Document functional requirements in support of roadmap initiatives
Participate in all Scrum ceremonies as the Product Owner ensuring clear prioritization and expectations for new development
Collaborate with engineering to ensure maximum scalability/reusability in new development
Communicate strategic deliveries and performance to the business
Intake new ideas and objectives from key stakeholders for product consideration
Provide insights and suggestions to improve our product development process
What You’ll Need to Have:
4+ years of experience in a role turning data into insights which become tests (or action) through analysis, creativity and communication with the following experiences:
A/B multivariate testing processes and understanding of related statistical analysis.
Use of site analytics and optimization software packages (e.g. Google Analytics, Optimizely, Mixpanel, CrazyEgg, PowerBI, Microstrategy, etc)
Analysis of quantitative data (web metrics, revenue reporting, etc.) and qualitative data (surveys, screen recordings, etc.) to develop insights about the user.
Experience running user research projects from start to finish (segmentation, usability, etc.).
Developed business acumen to size different opportunities, articulate risks and trade-offs and prioritize.
Ability to build and present a case study/studies of past strategies and tactical accomplishments outlining ideation to measurement
