Job Title: Equipment Operator/Customer Service Rep

Location: 2251 Silver Creek Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76108

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Position Type: Full time

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30am-5:00pm

Saturday: 7:00am-1:00pm

Saturday: 7:00am-3:00pm (Seasonal)

About the role:

The Equipment Operator/Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while safely operating equipment to support daily retail sales operations. This position assists customers with product selection, processes sales transactions, loads materials such as compost, mulch, soil, rock, and aggregates, and ensures a safe and welcoming environment for all customers. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-oriented, and enjoys working both outdoors and with the public.

What you'll do:

• Greet and assist retail customers with product selection and purchases.
• Safely operate loaders and other equipment to load customer vehicles and trailers.
• Process sales transactions and answer customer questions.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail sales yard.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support inventory management and general retail operations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous equipment operating experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work as needed.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
