The Role:

Serve as the Vertiport Terminal Supervisor, directing terminal operations with a focus on passenger flow management, facility oversight, and effective coordination among various operational teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:
• • Serve as duty point of contact for vertiport terminal passenger services
  • Monitor terminal operations and passenger flow
  • Coordinate passenger movements with key vertiport stakeholders
  • Oversee daily terminal facilities management
• Customer Relations:
• • Handle passenger and air operator complaints and disruptions
  • Resolve passenger requests and issues
  • Ensure high standards of customer service
• Emergency Coordination:
• • Initiate and oversee terminal evacuation during emergencies
  • Provide passenger triage and staging area management
  • Direct emergency services to accident/incident areas
• Reporting:
• • Communicate daily terminal operations to Vertiport Operations Manager 

About You:

• Supervisory experience in aviation (preferred), transportation, or hospitality
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Emergency management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & Arabic
• Ability to work under pressure
• Valid security clearance (or ability to obtain)
