The Role:
Skyports Drone Services is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to support our growing operations in the United States. Based in Miami or New York, this role will be responsible for managing one of our key client relationships delivering exceptional service that aligns with client needs and expectations.
In this client-facing position, you will act as the primary liaison between Skyports’ Drone Services and our client, ensuring smooth communication, high service standards, and day-to-day operational coordination. Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the main point of contact for one of our major clients, managing the projects and communication whilst building a strong working relationship.
· Support the planning and execution of ongoing drone operations, ensuring that client expectations and KPIs are consistently met.
· Coordinate closely with internal teams including operations, logistics, and compliance to ensure seamless service delivery.
· Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and proactively address any issues or client feedback.
· Provide in depth reporting, documentation, and lead on the preparation of presentations for both internal and client-facing use.
· Support additional commercial and operational activities as required by the local and global teams.

· Clear, consistent, and proactive communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
· High level of client satisfaction and retention.
About You:
· Similar experience in account management, client services, business development, or similar roles.
· Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
· A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
· Enthusiasm for working in an innovative, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment.
· Interest in aviation, drone technology, or emerging tech sectors (industry-specific experience is a bonus, but not required).
