Cook/Barista - Sofive Soccer Centers

A soccer center operator: a modern sport complex dedicated to soccer.

Overview
We are currently seeking a Cook and Server (part-time position) for the fast casual, counter service food concession stand at our state-of-the-art soccer facility.

Description: food and beverage prepping, cooking using grill and merrichef ovens, serving, cleaning, and caring for our guests. The position entails working a flexible shift pattern to provide staff cover at all times.

Position Description

  • To provide high level customer service and hospitality to clients during all opening hours which may include a variety of shift patterns including weekends and holidays
  • To expedite and serve food and drinks in a timely manner: this can include prepping, assembly, delivery and clearing of these products
  • To perform the opening procedures and set-up and prepare the service area to be guest-ready by opening, as well as perform closing duties
  • To ensure the cleanliness of the facility to exceed Department of Health standards while ensuring that it is aesthetically appealing
  • To manage inventory, maintain clean and organized storage areas and follow all order receiving procedures
  • To take necessary steps to ensure that all equipment functions properly in order to serve our guests to our high standards
  • To possess up-to-date knowledge of all food, beer, wine and retail offered
  • To provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
  • To maintain a positive attitude, take initiative, and work as a cohesive team with all staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie
  • Such other duties as may be necessary from time to time, compatible with the nature of the position. It should be noted that this list is not exhaustive and serves simply to give an overall view and key responsibilities of the position
  • Servsafe Certificate required
