Job Title: Youth Development Soccer Coach

Location: Sofive Soccer Centers – Hatfield, PA
Pay Rate: $17/hour

Join Sofive as a Youth Development Soccer Coach and help young players build confidence, skills, and a love for the game in a fun and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead engaging, high-energy soccer sessions for players ages 7–14
• Teach fundamental skills and promote teamwork and sportsmanship
• Create a safe, fun, and encouraging training environment
• Follow Sofive’s structured training curriculum and seasonal plans
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and fellow coaches
• Support camps, clinics, and special events when needed

Schedule

• Weekend availability required
• Opportunities for weekday afternoons and evenings
• Consistent shifts throughout each 13-week season
