Job Title: Manager on Duty

Sofive Soccer Centers is a rapidly expanding business that develops modern sports complexes featuring small-sided soccer fields. We are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for soccer enthusiasts through high-quality facilities and customer service.
Position Overview:
The Manager on Duty is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Sofive Soccer facility, ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and staff in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Plan, monitor, and schedule all soccer programs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed.
- Foster teamwork by providing guidance, support, and encouragement to staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize operations and increase overall efficiency.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures for both staff and customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Capable of multitasking, problem-solving, and making quick decisions.
- Familiarity with basic computer software.
- Excellent organizational skills.
