Maintenance Technician
Location: City Sofive Soccer Center
Company Overview: City Sofive Soccer Center is a modern sports complex dedicated to soccer, featuring multiple small-sided soccer fields. As a premier soccer center operator, we are committed to providing top-notch facilities for soccer enthusiasts of all ages.
Job Summary: The Maintenance/Janitor Worker is responsible for performing and overseeing the upkeep of all facility common areas and grounds. The successful candidate will maintain the general cleanliness and upkeep of the facility, grounds, soccer fields, machinery, and equipment. This role involves conducting routine cleaning and inspections, performing basic repairs, and ensuring the facility is in excellent working condition and thoroughly cleaned in all areas.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks of all common areas and conduct routine inspections of the facility, grounds, soccer fields, machinery, and equipment.
- Execute basic repairs, such as plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
- Complete maintenance tasks, such as painting, replacing light bulbs, and maintaining systems.
- Preserve grounds by performing field maintenance, such as clipping gum from the turf daily, cleaning, and other related duties.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and provide solutions to problems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and cleaning on equipment.
- Ensure that the facility and grounds are kept clean, free of debris, and safe for all users, employees, and customers.
- Maintain inventories of supplies and equipment, and request replacements as necessary.
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards promptly.
- Perform any other purposeful duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
