About the role

  • Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the retail store with leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock.
  • Coach the team to deliver exceptional experiences for our customer to shop seamlessly throughout the store.
  • Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs for the store.
  • Lead the store and team in absence of a Store Manager on duty.
  • Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities.
  • Encourage development with the team by providing timely feedback.
  • Regular Sunday work is required for this role. Flexible to rotating Sunday roster.
  • Roster - Monday: 8.45 - 5.45, Tuesday: 9.45 - 5.45, Wednesday: 9.45 - 5.45, Thursday: 12.15 - 9.15, Sunday: 10.45 - 5.15

About you

  • Passionate and motivated to deliver results and will confidently support your manager and team.
  • Have great communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Previous team leader, key holder or management experience is advantageous.
