Reporting to the Maintenance Field Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping properties looking their best—whether that’s mowing pristine lawns, caring for vibrant gardens, or adding the finishing touches that make every site shine.

Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding, 100% labour-based role. Candidates must be able to:

Your “office” is the great outdoors. Every day brings something new—from sunshine to rain, cool mornings to warm afternoons. You’ll work 4 x 10-hour shifts, giving you a well-earned 3-day weekend every week.
This is a seasonal position running from March through November.
Dress for the weather, layer up when needed, and enjoy working outside in all conditions.

The pay range for this role is:
25.76 - 28 CAD per hour (Horizon Contracting Group (S2S))
