About the role:
We are seeking an Engineer Manager/Technical Lead to grow and expand our São Paulo engineering team. In this role, you will combat climate change by building and enhancing Terradot’s software platform for Enhanced Rock Weathering (ERW). You’ll help hire and lead a team to build systems that streamline and scale the core workflows behind ERW. You’ll partner with scientific, engineering, operational, and commercial teams to translate user needs into intuitive solutions that drive operational excellence and long-term company growth. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape a platform that will enable Terradot to scale ERW deployments, drawing down significant amounts of CO2 from the atmosphere and making a substantial impact on climate change.
