Position Overview
To drive brand engagement and elevate visual storytelling across TESO Group's retail ecosystem (TESO
Life, TESO Mini, TESO-X) through versatile brand design assets, store interior visual identity (VI)
guidelines, and marketing collateral. Collaborating closely with marketing and store design teams, the
Brand Designer leads the overall Visual Identity (VI) strategy—including store interior design—and
creates cohesive, high-impact visual assets that enforce brand standards across digital, print, and in-store
touchpoints
Job Responsibilities
- Creative Strategy & Asset Creation: Conceptualize and execute brand identity systems, marketing assets, promotional collateral, and digital graphics across TESO Group sub-brands to support marketing campaigns and store activations.
- Brand Identity Management: Maintain strict brand visual identity (VI) standards, leading store interior design VI and managing logo usage, color palettes, typography, and visual assets across digital channels, social media, and in-store touchpoints.
- Trends & Innovation: Stay current with retail branding trends, Asian lifestyle aesthetic innovations, and modern design tools to continuously elevate TESO Group's visual identity.
- Department & Project Management: Organize and maintain central design archives, brand guidelines, and vector asset libraries, ensuring seamless design collaboration and timely asset handoffs.
- Production & Material Management: Coordinate print production and material specifications for store POP, promotional posters, coupons, packaging, and event signage, ensuring high color accuracy and quality control.
- General Marketing Support: Maintain operational efficiency by supporting departmental logistics and asset organization.
- Other Duties: Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
- Work Experience: 4+ years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation, or visual branding across multiple platforms.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), typography, layout design, pre-press production, and digital asset management systems.
- Core Traits: Creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and a strong relationship-builder.
Compensation
- $72,000-$83,000 per year
- Quarterly Performance Bonus: This position is eligible for a quarterly performance-based bonus, subject to the eligibility requirements, performance criteria, and terms of the Company's bonus program.
