Job Summary

The Retail Team Leader supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, leading and motivating team members, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role serves as a key leader on the sales floor, helping ensure that employees follow company policies, store procedures, and customer service standards.

The Retail Team Leader assists with sales floor organization, merchandising, inventory replenishment, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment. The position also provides guidance and coaching to team members, helps address customer concerns, and supports the management team in achieving sales and operational goals.

Qualifications

1. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support, motivate, and develop team members.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and customer-focused approach.
3. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and effectively lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
4. Must have open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
