Job Summary

The Beauty Sales Associate plays a key role at Teso Life by delivering an exceptional shopping experience and helping customers find the right beauty products. This position requires a passion for beauty, strong sales ability, and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, driving sales, and maintaining the store’s appearance and operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Promote and sell beauty products, providing professional product recommendations.

2. Understand brand characteristics, answer customer inquiries, and suggest suitable

product combinations.

3. Maintain product displays and inventory to ensure neatness and stock availability.

4. Maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal, ensuring the sales area is tidy and

well-organized.

5. Deliver excellent customer service, build strong relationships with customers, and

enhance customer loyalty.

6. Participate in in-store promotional activities, assist in launching new products, and drive

sales performance.

7. May be requested to work in other locations from time to time.

8. Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures up to 30 lbs. as needed.

Qualifications

1. Prior sales experience is preferred, especially in the beauty or luxury industry.

2. Passionate about the beauty industry with a good understanding of skincare and

cosmetics, able to provide professional recommendations.

3. Strong sales skills and customer service mindset, proactively assisting customers.

4. Excellent communication skills, outgoing, and friendly, capable of building relationships

with a diverse range of customers.

5. Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

6. Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.

Compensations

Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time

Full-Time - Maintain 4 weekday availability and 1 weekend availability.

Part-Time - Maintain 3 days availability per week.
